CourseConnect Introductory Astronomy
This Introductory Astronomy course aims to expose students to a broad range of astronomy topics, including the planetary system, stars, galaxies, and the universe. This course will also introduce students to the scientific method, the concepts of the evolution of scientific ideas, the role of theories and models, the role of critical thinking and quantitative reasoning, and the role of uncertainty and error in science. By taking this course, students should gain greater confidence in their own scientific skills.
