Hello everyone and welcome to today's video. So we have that according to the wobble base pairing hypothesis at T RNA molecule with a sequence. So for example, if we have the following just sequence, it will be paired with this sequence that we see here because a are adding and your sl are just complementary to each other as we see here as well and sight unseen and wanting are complementary to each other. So this is what we're going to see if we were paying a T RNA molecule with me. So now looking at our answer choices or looking at this that we have here, we have that this five prime G A G should be paired with a five prime C. You see sequence however, we are looking at the wobble based pairing hypothesis. What this hypothesis states, is that the third base pair here at the end can change and they will still pair. So these base pair that we see here could change to be either five prime, see you a three prime or it could change to be five prime, See you you three prime. So whatever other base pair could take its place and they will still be able to pair together because the third bass player is not as important in the pairing process.
