So what we would recognize is that carbonic acid is not on our memorized list of strong acids and so therefore it's a weak acid. And we should recall that weak assets will partially ayan eyes and looking at our formula here for carbonic acid. We have to ionized protons because we have to H. S. On our or in our molecule. So what that means is that when we dissolve in water we're going to form for our first product and we're going to use an equilibrium arrow here. Our first ion which is going to be a church C. 03 minus.
