The second one is C 03 with a two negative charge. The third one is H N 03. The fourth one is C six H five coo H and the fifth one is C B R O C B R four. So before we begin this problem, we have to recall the Ronstadt Lori theory, according to the theory, acids are brought on donors, not all of the hyen atoms are acidic, only the hyen atoms that are attached to electron negative atoms might be acidic. So for the purpose of this problem, we have to draw the structures corresponding to the given molecular formulas. Starting with the first one, we have three C two C two. That's a propal group which is bonded to coo H. So we can start drawing coo H that will be our functional group and we're going to bond a propal substituent. So we have 12, we carbon atoms. So, nitric acid is an acid, then we are moving on to C six H five coo H which is Benzo casa. Just as the name suggests, it must be an asset. And similarly to the first structure, it has a carboxylic acid group coo H. And due to the presence of that carboxylic acid functional group, it is an acid once again because there's a hydrogen atom bond to an electron oxygen atom. And finally, we have C B R four which is tetra bromo methane because there are no hydrogens, let's actually write it down in blue, there are no hydrogen atoms. And due to that reason, according to the Bronx theory, it cannot be an acid, right? Because there are no acidic hygienes since there are no hygienes at all. So we are going to label C B R four as our as our second answer. So given the five structures, we can conclude that among them, there are two structures that are not assets and those are the carbonate and iron and tetra bromo methane. Due to the fact that none of them has hydrogens specifically, if we don't have hydrogens, we cannot even consider acidic hydrogens. So simply looking at the two structures, we understand that if they don't have hydrogens, they cannot even be considered acids. However, if we have hydrogens present, we always want to make sure that they are acidic. In other words, that they're bonded to electron atoms just as we had for beet acid, nitric acid and benzo acid, the three hydrogen atoms were bonded to the electron oxygen atom making the hydrogens acidic.
