Judging was not an easy task for the Pearson Primary Phonics Giveaway expert judging panel. Though all entries were compelling, each of the winning entries expressed a significant need for and enthusiasm towards improving phonics at their school, with a vision for how Pearson's research-based phonics product lines could support them in this journey.

Rapid Phonics is an intervention program featuring teaching resources and fully decodable and age-appropriate books for readers working behind year-level or age-related expectations. The program is designed to improve students’ confidence as well as helping them to read accurately, quickly and with expression.
