Back to school wellbeing resources

Join Pearson consultant psychologist Stewart D’Silva and Jared Cooney Horvath (PhD, MEd) as they give teachers and special educators the answers to this question and more in this 30 minute podcast.
Defined as "paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally" by Jon Kabat-Zinn, the connection between mindfulness and the classroom is clear.
