Topics in Hub correspond to the Student BookThe well known Pearson Mathematics series has been rewritten from the ground up, created with over 30 experienced Australian teachers to ensure lessons support explicit teaching strategies and the Victorian Teaching and Learning Model 2.0.
All lessons are available to teach digitally in the Teaching Hub to engage students with a range of videos, auto-correcting quizzes, worked examples and more.
- Topics in the Student Books correspond to topics in the Teaching Hub, so it's easy to switch between learning in the book, and digital content in the Hub.
- Clearly stated learning intentions and success criteria are shown for every lesson to clarify the learning expectations for students.
- Every chapter opens with a Recall section to activate prior knowledge and ends with topics review to revisit student learning.
- 1000s of independent practice questions available in the Hub and Student Books, 1000s of auto-correcting questions in the Hub, and additional scaffolded practice questions in the write-in Student Companions.
Student Companions
Write-in practice books consolidate learningThe Student Companions accompany the Teaching Hub with write-in practice and consolidation for lessons. You can choose to use these for homework, or flip learning to assign Teaching Hub lessons for home, and use the Student Companions in-class.
