This simulation provides learners with an opportunity to create a salary survey, job evaluation, and compensation plan, while navigating complex workplace dynamics.
Training and Development Experiential Learning Module:
In this simulated learning experience students take on the role of a Training and Development Professional in the Human Resources department at Intuition Wells, a mid-sized information technology company specializing in cyber security. This simulation provides learners with an opportunity to complete an organizational analysis, task analysis, person analysis, and training plan, all while navigating complex workplace dynamics.
