Penguin Readers refreshed
Pearson Longman's English Language Teaching imprint has re-launched the hugely successful Penguin Reader series which has achieved global sales of more than £38 million since it was first launched as a joint venture with Penguin UK in 1999.
Penguin Readers are well-known works of fiction adapted for English language learners. They take into account different reading levels and allow non-native learners of English to enjoy titles that they would find difficult to read in their original versions. The series covers a wide range of authors from Dickens and Shakespeare to John Grisham and Alexander McCall Smith.
