My Twist on a Tale competition

Winners announced!
Exciting news! We've now announced the winners of the fourth edition of our popular and FREE writing competition, My Twist on a Tale. The judges were absolutely blown away again this year by the standard of all the entries we received.
My Twist on a Tale: Represent! encouraged children to shine a light on the whole story, representing what, and who, they feel are being left out in literature today, and putting the underrepresented centre-page.
With winning stories about everything from a transitioning pupil searching for answers to a girl shedding female stereotypes, a passionate call to end the misrepresentation of women’s bodies to children feeling lost as they fall between two cultures, we're sure you'll agree all the winners have done a fantastic job. Congratulations!
Meet the winners!
