Pearson English 3-6 is a flexible English program for primary Years 3-6 that has been written for and completely aligned to the Australian Curriculum. Quality, authentic Australian content has been included, with links to other curriculum areas, addressing content descriptions, general capabilities and cross curriculum priorities.
Pearson English 3-6 allows you to teach Australian Curriculum: English within the context of topics from other curriculum areas - History, Science, Geography, Civics & Citizenship and Health & Physical Education.

Differentiated learning is at the core of Pearson English 3-6. A variety of rich and engaging learning activities based on Bloom's Taxonomy support each text within the student magazine to allow all students to critically and creatively engage with the text. All students can learn about the same topic at a level that meets their needs. The teacher companion also provides detailed activities to support your EAL/D students.
Inform your teaching with assessment for every topic
Each topic caters for a range of assessment options to assess student knowledge and recognise achievement to inform your teaching. Formal assessment options include running records with comprehension questions and rubrics for independent tasks.
