For the education portfolio, we operate with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) awareness and account for state-level privacy variation. For the clinical portfolio, Q-global® is pursuing Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) authorization, with gap analysis complete and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-53 baselines being implemented. We never claim authorization that we do not hold.
Is the assessment experience accessible?

Yes. We build to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA as the minimum standard and support Section 508 federal accessibility requirements for government procurement. That means alt text on meaningful images, a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text, and full keyboard navigation. Statewide assessment delivery also supports accommodations and Braille.
