We run rigorous protection with documented incident response, and we set out our posture for each product rather than making a single claim across the business. Data-residency options depend on the product and your country. Professional Assessments is FedRAMP-authorized, and for clinical assessment, Q-global is working toward FedRAMP authorization, targeted for early H1 2027. What is your accessibility conformance posture?

Accessibility is a legal requirement in public-sector contracts, and we treat it that way. We design to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA as a minimum, support Section 508 in the US and EN 301 549 in the EU, and make conformance documentation available for each product on request. Ask your account contact for the report covering the specific products in your scope.
How are your clinical instruments validated and defended?

Our clinical instruments are evidence-based and carry peer-reviewed validation, which is what makes a selection or readiness decision defensible if it is ever challenged. The instrument informs the decision; the qualified clinician makes the determination. We can share validation evidence for the instruments relevant to your roles, and we frame mental-health work as professional clinical evaluation rather than diagnosis.
