Due to fluctuations in the global business marketplace and the various needs of customers, there is a growing demand for speed in the product development sector. We can assume that there are many cases in which, as a member of a project team, for example, you may feel pressured, or compelled to deal with sudden requests from headquarters. A project can demand a wide range of skills, and it becomes ever more important to have the proper mindset and communication skills. The key to success can be proper and close communication between team members, encompassing the entire process – from a project’s target values to its conclusion, as well as effective communication between all interested parties.
The objective of this training program is to provide the proper tools and techniques, with an appropriate understanding of the necessary processes, in order to effectively and successfully advance a project. This program is structured to help you achieve success in any project, through discussions with fellow participants and sharing experiences, so that by the time you return to your workplace, you will have gained the knowledge, techniques, and tools that will help you maximize your skills.

In operating a global organization, whether it’s the localization of an overseas hub or global management that includes manufacturing and/or sales, we can assume that the responsibilities that face anyone who wants to become a global leader are becoming increasingly heavier. In order to expand business in the future, the most important skills to consider will be the ability to produce new and innovative ideas, and the decisive capacity to take action through versatile perspectives and creative problem-solving.
In this training program, participants will learn the process and modes of thinking necessary for solving problems and making decisions. This program is structured according to barometers that indicate improvement in communication skills and define the ways that will help you to ultimately arrive at decision-making that will yield the best solutions (options) for you.

As modern society goes through various changes and transitions, in order to develop new products or expand business, it becomes ever more necessary to produce projects through proper teamwork and decisive action. In recent years, through cooperative efforts with overseas partners, and the globalization of group companies and clients, there are increasing opportunities to work with teams comprised of diverse and multinational members. While on the one hand, this development can lead to innovative new ideas and beneficial solutions, it also requires an even greater bond among team members, and effective team management to raise motivation.
In this training program, participants will learn leadership techniques for strengthening team bonds, and analytical abilities for seeing situations through the perspective of “individual viewpoints, team roles, and organizational guidelines for action.” This program is structured according to barometers that indicate improvements in team performance – values that will be necessary in efforts to expand business in the future.
