Stephen Fry is star of the Galaxy Awards

Penguin is delighted to report that Stephen Fry triumphed over the likes of Tony Blair and Lord Alan Sugar in the Biography of the Year category, at the Galaxy National Book Awards! The Fry Chronicles beat Blair's hugely publicised The Journey as well as Justine Picardie's Coco Chanel, The Legend And The Life. Stephen, busy filming Sherlock Holmes, was unable to attend the ceremony but did record a fantastically witty video interview that was one of the highlights of the night!
