A cohort of 120 students attended and the university has used the marketing simulation MyMarketingExperience for several years now.
The presentation brief invited students to summarise their gameplay results, highlighting the key strategic decisions and tactical actions leading them to their final position within the overall marketplace.
“We enjoyed this experience as it allowed us to put our theories into practice, such as Porter’s Five Forces. It was more of an interactive way of learning how marketing theories function in a competitive environment”.
