Face-to-face introductory training and implementation planning for project managers.
Our training team will talk you through the key functionality and ensure you can quickly access the service and understand how to navigate the administrator dashboard to monitor student progress and usage.
Our implementation consultants will also work with you to identify your aims and objectives and co-develop an implementation plan that will deliver successful outcomes.
This may also include developing appropriate resources to help support students and instructors.

Face-to-face training for instructors
Success with Smarthinking is achieved through buy-in from campus instructors, who are able to effectively embed features such as writing support and online tutoring in the curriculum to support learning outcomes.
Our implementation team can provide face-to-face training on how to align Smarthinking services with teaching and assessment and use our referral and alerts services to support students.
Regular usage review and implementation support
Working with the designated campus project manager, Smarthinking consultants will arrange regular catch ups to evaluate usage and provide good practice guidance and support to help drive usage and deliver outcomes.
End-of-usage period review and recommendations
Through analysis of student engagement and qualitative feedback from lecturers, our implementation consultants will make recommendations for the next iterative phase of the project.
Ad-hoc support
You'll have phone and email access to a consultant who can provide support and advice on best practice. User and technical support is available for students through our phone, email and live chat service, removing the need for students to look to academics for technical support.
