Mental health and wellbeing at Pearson

Here at Pearson, we’ve been working with Time to Change to break down the stigma around mental health, and change the culture and conversation about mental health and wellbeing within our organisation.

As part of this, we made a Time for Change pledge and developed an action plan which has resulted in over 50 Mental Health First Aiders being trained within our UK organisation, mindfulness courses being run both face to face and online for colleagues, and lots more.

We work with and speak to teachers and schools every day and, in doing so, we understand the impact that mental health and wellbeing has on your pupils and staff.

As experts in education, learning, and mental health assessments, we’re passionate about supporting schools in this area, encouraging conversation and helping you to create safe teaching and learning environments.

We are partnered with well-known experts, charities and organisations in the mental health and wellbeing sector, so that we can work together to build healthy, calm and happy schools.
