National Tutoring Programme
With Pearson, an approved tuition partner
Access subsidised high-quality tuition for your pupils
We’re passionate about helping every child succeed and achieve their full potential through learning. That’s why we’re excited to have been chosen as a Tuition Partner for the National Tutoring Programme (NTP).
The NTP provides additional support for schools through subsidised tuition of disadvantaged pupils whose learning has been most affected by school closures.
- 75% of the cost of the tutoring is covered by the National Tutoring Programme.
- We only use UK-based qualified teachers.
The children have thoroughly enjoyed the sessions... parents emailed to say how much they appreciated the support.
Why choose Pearson as your NTP provider?
As providers of qualifications and resources from ages 5-19, we are in a unique position to provide high-quality tuition from qualified UK-based teachers, using standardised lesson materials and assessments. All with 75% off the full cost.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, we are only offering online tutoring. We’ve been approved by the EEF to deliver online at-home as well as in-school tutoring, to help meet demand during lockdown for those isolating.
- Secondary GCSE: Maths, English and Science (Edexcel and AQA)
- Primary Year 6: Maths and English

We only work with fully qualified UK-based teachers, most of whom have extensive experience of marking GCSE or SATs papers.
Our tried-and-tested lesson materials and assessments are standardised to ensure high-quality delivery throughout.
We offer high-quality online tutoring, using the latest technology to deliver interactive teaching whether pupils are in school or at home.
