Our management programmes
Our programmes are designed to create a full end-to-end learning experience from first line managers to CEOs.
Managers and team leaders all have a variety of responsibilities and experience levels. Development activities suitable for an inexperienced team leader are significantly different to the preparation required for a senior management role.
Our programmes are delivered at different entry points of a learner’s career and are specifically matched to their experience:
- Team Leader/Supervisor: Level 3
- Operations/Departmental Manager: Level 5
- Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship: Level 6
- MA in Strategic Leadership: Level 7

Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 apprenticeship standard
A talent development programme for first line managers to drive team performance and productivity.

Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5 apprenticeship standard
Professionalising existing managers, progression for team leaders and succession planning.
