RedShelf and VitalSource eTexts don't need codes! Students get a link to the eText from your provider in your Learning Management System (LMS).
Students get access codes via your LMS from RedShelf or VitalSource. In order to access your course, each student must redeem their code.
Students can select the Pearson content link (if available) in the LMS course, and follow the instructions to redeem their code. If there is no Pearson content link in the LMS, students can redeem their code following registration instructions.
Students can go directly to the RedShelf Support or VitalSource Support pages for help.
