Guida verificata passo dopo passo1
Recall the three main subatomic particles that make up an atom: protons, neutrons, and electrons.
Understand that protons have a positive electrical charge and are located in the nucleus of the atom.
Know that electrons have a negative electrical charge and orbit the nucleus in electron clouds or shells.
Recognize that neutrons have no electrical charge (they are neutral) and are located in the nucleus alongside protons.
Therefore, the subatomic particle with no electrical charge and located in the nucleus is the neutron.
