Guida verificata passo dopo passo1
Understand that in psychology, a theory is a systematic way of organizing knowledge and observations about behavior and mental processes.
Recognize that a theory is not a fixed or proven fact; instead, it is a framework that helps explain and predict psychological phenomena.
Note that theories are based on evidence and can be tested, refined, or even replaced as new data emerges.
Distinguish theories from personal opinions, which lack systematic evidence and scientific testing.
Remember that theories guide research and practice by providing explanations and predictions, rather than being rigid laws or unchangeable facts.
