So, mass number is going to be also dealing with protons, but not only protons, it's going to be the number of protons plus the number of neutrons. So this is going to be all of the subatomic particles in the nucleus of an atom, Okay? Okay? All right. So we have the atomic number and the mass number, and we know or excuse me. We know the definitions of atomic number and mass number. So they told us that the atomic number of nitrogen is 7. So the mass number for nitrogen 14 is 14, and the number of, or, excuse me, the mass number for nitrogen 15 is 15. So all you gotta do is 7 plus some number is 14. So 7+7 is 14. And then 7+somenumber is 15. So that should be 8. So, 7 and 8, and then 7 and 7. So there are 7 neutrons in nitrogen 14, but then there's 8 neutrons in nitrogen 15.
