Upcoming System Maintenance – 24th April and 1st May
It is part of Pearson’s mission to provide you with high performing, robust and secure services. To ensure our infrastructure continues to do just that, we will be carrying out maintenance work on two days in April:

During this time, the proficiency test(s) your organization uses will be impacted.

Versant tests | Tests will not be delivered or scored. All modalities affected including remote proctoring through HirePro, API delivered tests, and Practice tests purchased via ecommerce. |
ScoreKeeper platform will be offline. HirePro will be available to view existing results. Score Lookup will not display results. |

We strongly advise you not to start tests just before the maintenance starts as scoring will be impacted.
