The x-intercept and y-intercept are the points where the line reaches its maximum and minimum values on the graph respectively
The x-intercept is the point where both coordinates are zero, while the y-intercept is any point on the y-axis where x need not be zero.
The x-intercept is the ordered pair where the line crosses the x-axis (y = 0), and the y-intercept is the ordered pair where the line crosses the y-axis (x = 0).
The x-intercept is the x coordinate of any point on the line, and the y-intercept is the y coordinate of any point on the line; neither requires the other coordinate to be zero.
