Introducing Pearson+. Reimagined learning, designed for you. Choose from one eText or over 1,500 eTexts and study tools, all in one place, for one low monthly subscription. A new way to buy books that fits your budget. Make the most of your study time with offline access, enhanced search, notes and flashcards — to get organized, get the work done quicker and get results. Plus, with the app, put textbooks in your pocket and learn wherever. It's time to upgrade the textbook and simplify learning, so you can have time to live too.
When you choose a plan, you're signing up for a 4-month 'term'. We will charge your payment method each month until your 4-month term has ended. After that, we’ll automatically renew your subscription and charge you on a month-to-month basis unless you turn off auto-renewal in My account.
You can still get a Pearson+ subscription if you’re an international student studying at a US school. You’ll need to use your web browser to access Pearson+ since the app is not currently accessible outside of the US. When you buy a subscription, please use PayPal or a US-issued credit card if you have one.
You have a choice of two subscription plans on Pearson+. A Single plan includes the use of 1 eText title. A Multi plan gives you access to over 1,000 eText titles and discounted access to Smarthinking online tutoring.
If you have already purchased a Pearson eText through MyLab or Mastering, you can download the Pearson+ app and use it to access your eText anytime, anywhere without a subscription. You’ll find your eText In My list after you sign in.
If you need to join a course that includes eText access, use your instructor’s invite link to buy the title. Already bought the same title through your Pearson+ subscription? Chat with us through the Pearson Virtual Assistant for help.
When you purchase a Pearson+ subscription, it will last a minimum of 4 months, and then automatically renew each month thereafter unless you turn off auto-renew in My account.
If you want to stop your subscription at the end of your 4-month term, simply turn off auto-renew from My account. To avoid the next payment charge, make sure you turn auto renewal off 1 day before the auto renewal date.
You can subscribe again after auto-renew has been turned off by purchasing another Pearson+ subscription.
We use your credit card to renew your subscription automatically. To make sure your learning is uninterrupted, please check your card details before your first monthly payment.
We’ll send you an email if we aren’t able to process your payment. To continue uninterrupted access, be sure to update your payment method. If you miss our first email, we’ll send a second. If you miss this email, we’ll pause your subscription, and you’ll lose access to your eTexts. After 3 tries, your subscription will be canceled. You can purchase a new subscription using an up-to-date payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto-renew in My account. Simply go to Manage subscription and select Turn off next to your auto-renew date.
If you cancel within 14 days you can receive a refund by contacting Pearson support through the Pearson Virtual Assistant. If you turn off auto-renew after 14 days, the cancellation will be effective the month after your initial 4-month term ends. If you turn off auto renewal when your initial 4-month term ends your subscription will end.
If you cancel, you’ll lose access to your eText titles and any available discounts. If you need to cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription, use the Pearson Virtual Assistant from any page in Pearson+ to request cancellation. We’ll send you an email confirming your cancellation and process your full refund.
To subscribe to Pearson+ again, just sign in to your account using the same username and password as before to buy a new subscription.
