Global Permission Granting
Global Permissions Granting is responsible for managing requests from third parties such as; educators, authors, publishers and corporations for the use of extracts of Pearson-owned content/material, whether that be through copying or through some form of reproduction.
Global Permissions Granting provides permission at the asset/extract level, rather than the entire product. Should you wish to adapt, reproduce or translate a Pearson product in its entirety then please contact Global Rights Licensing.

Submitting a permissions request
To submit a request to use Pearson owned material, please complete our online form which can be located here.
When completing the form, please note the following items:
- Ensure the Request Form is completed fully, with all mandatory fields complete. Please do not omit page references, print runs or publisher names etc as this will delay your request.
- We endeavour to attend to all requests within 24 – 48 hours of receipt. However, delays may be experienced due to large volumes of requests that may be in process. We request and appreciate your patience in these instances.
- Once permission is granted, a finalised agreement, stipulating the terms of use, will be sent to you. Please do not use the material if this confirmation has not been received.
- Please note if you are not able to complete the form in full or have any queries please send to GPG.queries@pearson.com
Note: If you are an educator based in the UK, wishing to copy pages from a Pearson title then please first check if your institution has a licence from the Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA). In this case no permission is required from our department.
