Magda Woodham is a teacher educator at Pearson, where she supports the professional development of teachers globally in preparing learners for Pearson English language tests. She holds both a DELTA and an MA in TESOL, and has many years of international experience in a wide range of ELT roles.

She leads research into the validity, reliability, and potential for innovation in Pearson’s English language tests, including a focus on the use of explainable artificial intelligence techniques and validity in automated assessment scoring systems.

Shonali Khanna leads PTE professional development initiatives throughout India and South Asia for Pearson. She has previously held roles at IDP and the British Council, and she holds a Cambridge DELTA as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Product Management from the Kellogg School of Management.
