Ordering & Selling Digital Resources
As Pearson strives to move forward and address the needs of today’s learners, we are investing more into the development of our digital learning environments and changing the way we deliver content to students.
Pearson’s premium digital tools provide better learning outcomes for students, while simultaneously affording them cost savings and offering simplified access to the resources learners need to succeed. As more instructors adopt digital, and more Pearson titles are developed as digital-first resources (click here for information about Pearson’s digital first program), students need quick and frictionless access to digital tools.
How you can sell digital resources
While Pearson has been offering students the opportunity to purchase direct access to our resources via our eCommerce solution and online platform registrations for many years, we know that many students continue to consult their campus bookstore to understand their options and purchase their course resources. We are committed to continuing to support stores in making sure learners can access affordable digital resources that will allow them to succeed in their classes.
How can you order digital access codes?
If your store has CEI or Kivuto, the ISBN number will be available in both platforms for the bookstore to order.
Stores can also sell access to digital resources through LMS integrations (through partner like Willo) or Inclusive Access.
Will pricing differ for digital products across sales channels?
Pricing will be consistent across all channels, including direct to consumer sales on Pearson platforms. We value our relationship with campus retailers and aim to drive increased student participation in course materials through digital platforms and our Access Advantage Program.
Inclusive Access / All-Inclusive Model
With Pearson's innovative ALL-INclusive model, booksellers establish a sustainable approach to digital course materials distribution that offers students greater convenience and consistent pricing while driving 100% of course materials transactions through the campus store.
