The Pearson Educator Awards are open to Higher Education and English Language Learning educators worldwide, as well as K-12 educators based in the United States. Educators can be Pearson customers or non-customers.

The awards are subject to eligibility requirements and exclusions, including Restricted Countries. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for full details.

No. Each nomination can only be submitted to one category.

We recommend reviewing the category descriptions and judging criteria carefully before selecting the category that best reflects the impact of the nominee.

No. The awards are open to both Pearson customers and non-customers.

Nominations can be submitted by:

• Educators (self-nominations)
• Colleagues
• Institutional leaders
• Learners (18+)

The two headline categories — AI Innovation in Education Award and Lifelong Learning Impact Award — are open to English Language Learning educators and Higher Education educators, including K-12 educators in the United States.

Each headline category will have four winners, with:

• Two winners from Higher Education and K-12
• Two winners from English Language Learning

A total of 48 winners will be recognised through the Pearson Educator Awards 2026. This includes:

• 24 winners across Higher Education and K-12
• 24 English Language Learning winners

* K-12 entries are open to educators based in the United States only.

Nominations open on 19 August 2026 at 3:01 a.m. CDT / 9:01 a.m BST and close at midnight CST / 6 a.m GMT on 2 November 2026.

We recommend submitting your nomination well before the closing date.

Winners will be announced during the Pearson Educator Awards Global Virtual Ceremony on 2 December 2026.
