Your role for this course

Support a learner to develop a project plan
Review submissions and help discover different ways to tell a visual story with data.
Provide verbal feedback
Review the project plan to check if your learner included information on audience, timing and key messages, and included detail on how to communicate data visually, in an engaging way.
Final evaluation
Use the rubric to assess project based on the performance descriptors; Communication, Visualisation and Storytelling, Critical thinking, Research, Creativity.

What you will need to do

4-5 hours over 4-6 weeks

Once you've been matched with a learner in your business, you'll be expected to:

Step 1 • 2 hrs
Assess and discuss their project plan
Evaluate the content, structure and workability of a plan drafted by your learner, then meet with them to discuss its strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.

Step 2 • 2 hrs
Review and feedback on the final project
Once your learner has completed their plan, take time to review it and use our skills framework to provide them with verbal and written feedback.
