  • Dimensional Analysis

    A method for solving problems by isolating and converting units using ratios that connect different measurements.
  • Conversion Factor

    A ratio or fraction that relates two different units, allowing values to be converted from one unit to another.
  • Given Amount

    A value paired with a single unit, not yet converted or related to another unit in a calculation.
  • Length

    A physical quantity measured in units such as inches, centimeters, yards, feet, kilometers, or miles.
  • Volume

    A measure of the amount of space occupied, commonly expressed in milliliters, liters, or cubic centimeters.
  • Mass

    A measure of the amount of matter in an object, typically expressed in grams, kilograms, pounds, or ounces.
  • Inch

    A unit of length in the imperial system, equivalent to exactly 2.54 centimeters.
  • Centimeter
