In this lesson, we will address in some detail a particular question: the manner in which common human behaviors can complicate our best developed plans and schedules. We'll see that, in spite of our best efforts to create logical and valid project schedules, there are a variety of human behaviors that can complicate and even undo these careful plans. This lesson considers both the reasons why project schedules can be unreasonably lengthened, as well as the ways that we can squander this carefully created safety, and concludes with some behavioral tips to consider when planning your next project.
