Higher Education Leadership Forum

Delta Hotels Toronto
May 9, 2025

* This event is now over.

Get ready for Pearson’s Digital Learning Summit, our thought leadership event designed to captivate Canada’s university and college teaching community! This year's theme is Navigating the Digital Frontier: Empowering Educators, Engaging Students.

Join us for a day of learning, networking, and idea sharing with your fellow instructors. The morning will kick off with a thought-provoking keynote on Everyday AI for Education by Bailey Parnell (details in the agenda and about the speaker sections below)

We will follow up the keynote with concurrent sessions on AI, gamification and active learning, alternative assessments and dealing with digital overwhelm. While you can only choose two, all sessions will be recorded and shared out for you to review afterward!

Throughout the afternoon instructors will enjoy smaller breakout room sessions that are discipline-specific. Your full agenda can be found below!

Attendees will also receive a Credly badge for their participation. Credly badges are digital credentials that you can share on LinkedIn or other digital profiles - this badge will help showcase your engagement and expertise in Digital Learning.

There are still spots available for GTA based educators - register here!
