Collaboration

Work together with colleagues/peers to analyze user research and develop prototypes. Work directly with users or role play users when delivering prototypes, taking their feedback into consideration as you iterate your prototype.

Communication

Clearly define the goals and objectives of your design thinking project. Communicate effectively in user testing settings, tailoring your ideas to a specific user type. Explain who benefits from successful design thinking and communicate that in your final summary. 

Creativity

Generate novel or original ideas and solutions for user needs. Iterate and refine ideas or solutions based on user feedback. Consider multiple user perspectives to develop informative prototypes that result in feedback.  

Critical thinking

Identify, collect and make sense of user research, though the development of a prototype. Develop a prototype testing plan that will gather information needed to refine and validate your design. Select appropriate, useful content to include in user interviews, prototypes and feedback, using new evidence to change and iterate new processes or product.
