<v ->Hello and welcome to the Agile Project</v> and Product Management. My name is Mariya Breyter and I'm your instructor for this course. If you want to advance your career and your company, you are in the right place. After eight lessons of this intensive agile training, you will be well prepared to take the next steps towards advancing agility in your organization as well as growing your own career. In this course, we will cover two most important topics of product delivery, building the right product and building the product right. After the introduction to agile frameworks in lesson one, we will dedicate lessons two through four to discussing the foundations of organizational goal setting. We will cover customer centric product management, working backwards from customer needs and requirements definition in agile. In lessons five through seven, we will discuss the foundations of iterative and incremental delivery. We will talk about agile frameworks, planning and estimation in agile and scaling agility. Finally, in lesson eight, we will map all this knowledge to your role and your career development from basics to professional certifications and job interviews. We will use a lot of key studies and practical use cases. In the end of each lesson, you will be able to validate the knowledge that you have acquired. Now, a few words about my own passion for agility. During the last 20 years, I have led agile transformations at the enterprise level at companies such as Marcus by Goldman Sachs, UnitedHealth Group, Dun & Bradstreet, Kaplan Test Prep, advice successful startups around the globe and let product teams in leading technology companies. I also teach Agile Project Management and IT principles at New York University. During my professional life I learned a lot about practices and strategies that work and those that impede progress. This is what I want to share with you in this course.
