In 2025, our conference takes place as a free, invite-only in-person event close to Tower Bridge and Tower of London. This conference is free to attend however we do ask for your full commitment to attend both days, including the gala dinner, in order to derive the maximum benefit from your attendance. With an agenda designed to inspire and engage you in thoughtful discussion, professional development and networking opportunities, you will return to your schools enthused and informed.

Getting to the venues

The conference will take place at Leonardo Royal Hotel London City, 8-14 Cooper's Row, EC3N 2BQ London, with a gala dinner on the evening of Tuesday 23 September at the stunning Plaisterers' Hall in the heart of the City of London.

The closest London Underground station to the conference is Tower Hill, a two-minute walk away.

If travelling from Heathrow, you can take the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow Terminal 5 or Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 to Liverpool Street. The journey requires no changes and takes approximately 45 minutes. From there, the Circle Line (southbound) journey to Tower Hill will take approximately 10 minutes.

An alternative is to take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station and change to the underground service. From there, the Circle Line (eastbound) journey to Tower Hill will take approximately 30 minutes.

The closest London Underground stations to our Tuesday evening gala dinner at Plaisterers' Hall are St Paul’s, Moorgate and Barbican.

Accommodation

The 2025 Pearson International School Leaders Conference is not residential, but Leonardo Hotels are offering preferential rates for our conference participants (subject to availability) at the conference venue, Leonardo Royal Hotel London City and at their sister hotel, London Royal Hotel Tower Bridge hotels, a 5-minute walk away.

All participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation.
