Based in Chicago and partnering globally, Sara is passionate about empowering educators and students to achieve their goals.

Fajarudin Akbar is a GSE Ambassador and educational technology practitioner based in Indonesia. He specializes in English for Academic and Professional Purposes and promotes AI-integrated learning design. As the Lead Content Creator for the OPEN Alumni Community, he helps educators across Southeast Asia explore inclusive and technology-supported approaches in ELT.

Hebatallah has 18 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership, with expertise in curriculum design and creative initiatives. Fluent in English and Arabic, she bridges cultural perspectives to enhance learning. A regular speaker at ELT conferences, she shares insights on educational development, assessment and teacher growth.

Billie Jago is a writer and teacher trainer specialising in digital learning materials and assessment resources. She is also the GSE ambassador for the UK. She has written for a number of well-known English Language learning titles and is a regular item writer for high stakes exams such as the PTE, IELTS and Cambridge exams. Alongside materials writing, she delivers international teacher training sessions, plenaries and workshops, and is the founder of the ELTcpd professional development platform and YouTube channel. She currently lives in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Nicolas, from Bogotá, Colombia, holds a bachelor’s degree in education with a focus on humanities and languages. After five years working as a systems technician, he transitioned into technology-driven education.
