Magda Woodham is a teacher educator at Pearson, where she supports the professional development of teachers globally in preparing learners for Pearson English language tests. She holds both a DELTA and an MA in TESOL, and has many years of international experience in a wide range of ELT roles.

Julian Burnley has been a professional in the English Language sector for over 15 years. Formerly with the British Council for over 10 years, he has taught in the UK, Vietnam and South Korea and holds a Cambridge DELTA teaching qualification as well as an MA in Digital Technologies in ELT from the University of Nottingham.

Sarah Hughes is the Director of Assessment, Research and Validity for Pearson Tests of English. She leads research into the validity, reliability, and potential for innovation in Pearson’s English language tests, including a focus on the use of explainable artificial intelligence techniques and validity in automated assessment scoring systems.

Jay (Jarrad Merlo) is a well known English exam expert from Australia. He was an English teacher before founding E2Language - a popular online test prep website - where he taught a range of English tests, including PTE Academic, for nearly 10 years. His YouTube channels have over 3 million subscribers and his test prep videos have had hundreds of millions of views. He now works for Pearson as an AI Product Manager where he works on assessment innovation

Shonali Khanna leads PTE professional development initiatives throughout India and South Asia for Pearson. She has previously held roles at IDP and the British Council, and she holds a Cambridge DELTA as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Product Management from the Kellogg School of Management.
