How many times have you left a presentation, inspired and excited about implementing what you learned and of those times, how often have you actually taken action on that great content? Even when your presentation is full of excellent engaging information, your audience's overburdened brains are likely to struggle with implementation. It's not their fault. We live in a world of way too much information. Our brains spend a lot of time just filtering out anything that isn't immediately clear and motivating for. But you can significantly increase the chances of your audience taking meaningful action on your presentation by including a clear and focused conclusion. The good news is this is pretty simple. You want to include three things in your conclude. First, give them a clear and focused summary. Sometimes this comes in the form of reviewing your three main points in a streamlined way. This might sound like. So now that you know how to prepare your work area, set up your equipment and create the best lighting effect for great videos, you can start getting to work. The second part of a great conclusion as a clear call to action. What do you want them to do when they leave this presentation? Maybe it's that you want them to block 90 minutes on the calendar, or you might suggest that they start the prep process immediately after your presentation. Possibly you want them to set up a call with you so you can guide them along the way, whatever you want them to do next, make it crystal clear in your call to action. The last and often missed part of a powerful conclusion is reminding them why this is all worth it. This is a concept that I learned from Nancy Duarte, who has written many of the most beloved books in public speaking, this new bliss as she calls it reminds them how good life will be on the other side of taking action. It will sound. Now you have everything you need to create videos that inspire and change lives. So head over to the conclusion area of your outline template right now, start by making some notes about the call to action and the happy bliss. How will you communicate these important elements? Now you're close to wrapping up your presentation. Adding these elements makes it far more likely your audience will take action.
