  • We retain copyright ownership of the GSE and its components
  • It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the quality of the alignment of your GSE Product and its components to the GSE
  • We reserve the right to add additional features to the GSE and that those might be chargeable
  • We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw permission for use of the GSE in your GSE Product if we find it does not align with the GSE
  • We reserve the right to update the GSE and its components at any time
  • We reserve the right to request documentation on how your GSE Product has been aligned to the GSE
  • You will use the GSE brand only in accordance with our GSE brand guidelines
