The country needs to apportion 60 seats in their legislative body, and we've been given the standard quota of each province. We'd like to find the upper quota for each province, and we know that the upper quota is just the standard quota rounded up to that next integer. And we are always going to round up to get the upper quota, even if the digit in the 10th place is less than 5. Let's start with our first province, province X. The standard quota is 28.8. When we round up to the next integer, we end up getting 29. Our next province is Province Y with a standard quota of 20.4, and even though 4 is less than 5, we're looking for the upper quota here, so we're still gonna round this up to 21. Our final province Z has a standard quota of 10.8, which we will round up to 11. So the upper quotas are 29, 21, and 11. Great work.
