MyMobileWorld Learning Management System (LMS)

Designed by teachers for teachers and optimized for mobiles devices, this new Moodle-based online component is fully integrated with the student book and enables both in-class and out-of-class practice.

Allows easy monitoring of learner participation and progress by teachers and helps learners organize their learning and track progress.

Assessment for Learning

This newly added component consists of practice tests for the main sections of each unit. This is designed to help students think about their own learning so that they can start to see what they’ve achieved in the preceding unit.

Intensive test package

In addition to My Assessment there are various kinds of editable tests provided, giving teachers more time to grade and monitor their students' progress.

Mapped with the Global Scale of English (GSE)

The GSE is the standardized, granular and global measure of English language proficiency, aligned with hundreds of Learning Objectives (Can-Do descriptors) for the 4 skills.

English Firsthand 5th Edition is mapped with the GSE and gives teachers free access to the GSE Teacher Booklet that shows which descriptors are covered in each unit/page per level and supports teachers to develop a syllabus for their class. Find out more.
