Now the best you can possibly do is to get 1st rank on each ballot, because we have 30 voters participating in the election, we know that there are 30 ballots. So the best that someone could do is to get rank 1 on all 30 of the ballots. This means that for each of the 30 ballots, they would receive the top. Number of points, 4 points. So the total number of points would be 30 times 4, which is 120. So, the highest number of points you can receive is 120 points. And again, this would happen if a candidate had the highest rank on all of the 30 ballots. Great work.
