The online toolkit contains all the digital resources you need to support your whole-class teaching. A year’s subscription to Power Maths gives you access to: online versions of the textbooks, teaching tools, 'Power Up!' activities, strengthen and deepen activities, subject knowledge videos -and much more. Subscriptions available for Reception, KS1, Lower KS2 and Upper KS2.
Maths Journals are designed to allow Reception children to demonstrate their understanding in a way they choose, e.g. through drawing or placing objects on the page, or through discussion with an adult. One journal per term.
High quality textbooks recommended by the UK Department for Education that bring to life the powerful lesson structure of Power Maths. They provide a coherent structure through the UK curriculum and set out the core learning objectives for the whole class. One Textbook per term for each year group from Year 1-6.
Practice Books provide just the right amount of intelligent practice for children to complete independently in the final section of the lesson. One Practice Book per term for each year group from Year 1-6.
Teacher Guides provide expert support for your day-to-day teaching, and offer opportunities for you to develop your subject knowledge, and to reflect and continue your professional development. One Teacher Guide per term for each year group from Reception-Year 6.
Assessment is integrated throughout the Power Maths lessons and unit structure. This helps you to make regular assessments of children’s understanding to inform your teaching and measure progress.

Together, we’ve compiled a comprehensive learning package to help you make sure that every child has the essential maths skills and understanding they need to begin their new school year with confidence.
There’s a single book for every year group from Y1 to Y6 and each one contains 40 lessons, all carefully selected from the DFE recommended* Power Maths scheme and neatly aligned with the revised White Rose Maths summer term plans.
*Power Maths KS1 and KS2 have been judged by the DfE panel to meet the core criteria for a high-quality textbook.

The alternative route that these plans follow is available to Power Maths user schools below and they fully align to the new, suggested White Rose Maths summer term plans. The lessons are all drawn from Power Maths and consist of key new knowledge from Textbook and Practice Book C and topics from previous books that are essential building blocks for starting the Autumn term. This is an alternative route through the Power Maths content that supports home learning - ensuring your pupils are not missing the essential prerequisite knowledge and can start in September without key knowledge gaps.
