Edith Aguirre, El Paso Community College

Edith Aguirre is a professor of mathematics at El Paso Community College in Texas, where she has taught for 17 years. She has a BS in pure mathematics from the University of Texas at El Paso, which is also where she completed her master's degree in statistics. She has been part of some statistics initiatives like implementing Statway and New Mathways Programs (NMP) materials in freshmen-level statistics.
