What our partners have to say
As the UK's leading early years provider, Busy Bees is delighted to have been asked by Pearson to contribute to BTEC qualification development as a panel member for the sector. Such qualifications help reinforce the skills, knowledge and behaviours that support progression - ensuring our people are gaining the skills needed to make an immediate impact and contribute to our mission to give every single Busy Bees child the very best start in life.
BTECs offer a wide range of learning development opportunities and are a great way to gain career-focused understanding of job roles in a variety of industries. London Southend proudly recognises the knowledge, skills and behaviours a BTEC can equip a colleague with – this versatility is reflected in the many different career paths at the airport. We happily accept, and welcome, BTEC qualifications in the recruitment process.
BTECs provide important and well-established qualifications for students interested in pursuing a career in the games industry. TIGA accredits the best university games courses. We know from our accreditation process that BTECs provide a vital route for many students into university and ultimately a career in the games industry.”
“BTECs in Art and Design and Creative Media provide a solid foundation for progression to studying a range of creative subjects at degree level. We find BTEC entrants to be well-versed in practical skills and design literacy which enables them to succeed in a vocational and academic programme that will further enhance their problem solving, teamwork and critical thinking abilities."
BTECs provide you with an excellent foundation for a rewarding career in your chosen industry and beyond.”
The Institution of Civil Engineers exists to improve lives by ensuring the world has the engineering capacity and infrastructure systems it needs to enable our planet and our people to thrive. We have supported Pearson BTEC qualifications over several decades, as they are designed in consultation with industry and the professions, with full consultation. They provide employers with a pipeline of talent entering the workforce and develop learners with upskilling and reskilling within their career. In particular they are mandated as part of civil engineering apprenticeships.”
