VQ Bulletin - Issue 49
Welcome to the latest issue of the VQ Bulletin.
It’s been a busy few weeks during the results awarding period and we'd like to thank you for your support and collaboration during this time.
We will be undertaking a detailed review into this year’s awarding series and starting this month, we will be seeking input and feedback from students, schools, colleges and the wider education community. We look forward to working with you all to identify what changes could be made to improve future awarding cycles and we will be sharing our planned improvements with you soon.
For now, please find below some key updates for the new academic year, including a focus on support for the quality assurance process for this year, information surrounding registration for Lead Internal Verifiers and End-Point-Assessments, as well as our usual updates around T Levels and Higher Nationals. We look forward to working with you during this new academic year.
As always, you are welcome to contact us with any queries or concerns, keep informed by following @PearsonBTEC, where we will update you with the latest information, or access our FAQ page, which is updated frequently.
For responses to any suggestions or feedback you have for us, please visit our Contact Us page. You can also review past bulletins if you’ve missed any, or sign up to receive future updates (if you have not already done so).
Please note that in light of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's recent passing, we will be observing the Bank Holiday on Monday 19 September.
Best regards,
