Pearson publishes the 2019 BTEC results data
BTECs are the UK’s most popular career-focused qualifications, offered in thousands of schools and colleges across the country, for more than 30 years. This year, 466,000 learners completed a BTEC First, BTEC Tech Award or BTEC National qualification.
Below you will find the 2018/2019 results for BTEC Firsts at Level 1/Level 2 and BTEC Nationals (2010) and (2018), as in previous years.
We are also publishing the first results for the BTEC Level 1/Level 2 Tech Awards. This year, we issued results for 51,000 learners on the new Level 1/2 Tech Awards in five subjects: Creative Media, Engineering, Enterprise, Health and Social Care and Performing Arts.
2020 will see more learners completing Tech Awards in these subjects and first certifications for the other 7 sectors available in this suite of qualifications.
